Brandi Lawler is an attorney that helps private businesses with all aspects of their legal needs. She often takes on an external general counsel role for companies that do not have a dedicated legal department. She works with boards of directors on governance issues, handles equity transfers and other shareholder/member matters, advises on acquisitions and divestures, and has extensive experience reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts across multiple industries.
