How to Complete Your Online Chamber Membership Application

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in joining the Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce! 

Follow these simple steps to complete your online membership application:

1. Choose Your Membership Level

Select the membership tier that best fits your business. 

2. Fill Out the Required Fields

Enter your details about your business, including contact information, website, billing details, etc. 

3. Review and Submit Your Application

Double-check your information, agree to the terms, and click Submit.

What Happens Next?

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt and next steps.
  • A Chamber staff member will reach out personally to welcome you and help you get connected.
  • You’ll gain access to our MemberHub and upcoming events.

Select An Option

Suggested for companies with greater than 100 employees
Benefactor Members also receive:                                 

  • $600 in Chamber Promotional Dollars
  • Right of first refusal on all sponsorship opportunities
Suggested for companies with 50-99 employees
President’s Circle Members also receive:
  • $400 in Chamber Promotional Dollars
Suggested for companies with 21-49 employees
Executive Members also receive:
  • $200 in Chamber Promotional Dollars
Suggested for companies with 6-20 employees
Suggested for companies with 1-5 employees

With 1 or fewer employees (2+ employees roll into Business Membership)

Direct sales home-based (i.e. self-employed)
